The Lebanese Charitable Association for Reform and Rehabilitation is a registered Lebanese association headquartered in Tripoli – North Lebanon, registration (Ilm w Khabar) No. 182/AD dated 26/9/2005. It supports, rehabilitates and empowers the individuals and families most in need through a range of humanitarian, social and reform programs.
